A Mexican favourite. Made with a Mexican type of tomato that matures staying green, called Tomatillo, gives a very fresh touch to this sauce with its mix of peppers, onion and cilantro. You will want to add this sauce to almost every dish.
This sauce is widely used in traditional Mexican dishes. You can modify this sauce at your own tasty blending it with an avocado, adding extra peppers, blending it with sour cream, or even the three of them.
