Cholula salsa picante hot sauce.

Cholula is the oldest inhabited city in north America and it is located in Puebla, Mexico. The sauce is actually produced in Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico. Cholula sauce is chilli pepper based and not so vinegar forward taste as it's American competitor Tabasco (Yes, Tabasco is a place in Mexico but used as a name for a non Mexican sauce). Cholula sauce offers a subtler spice spice and richer flavour. It's famous cap is made of beech wood.
